Terms of Service | EZ-Proxies

1. The service

EZ-Proxies provides access to proxy network infrastructure on a prepaid, pay-as-you-go basis. Purchased traffic balances do not expire. Hourly products are billed per elapsed hour of active session time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. Accounts are personal; use sub-users to grant access to team members. You are responsible for all activity under your credentials.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You may use the network for lawful purposes only. The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate termination without refund:

Fraud of any kind, including payment fraud, account takeover and phishing.
Attacks: DDoS, brute forcing, vulnerability exploitation or malware distribution.
Accessing accounts, systems or data you are not authorized to access.
Child sexual abuse material or any content that exploits minors.
Spam campaigns and mass unsolicited messaging.

Web data collection from publicly available sources is permitted. You remain solely responsible for complying with the laws and third-party terms applicable to your activity.

4. Refunds

Unused traffic balance is refundable within 72 hours of purchase provided less than 5% of the purchased volume has been consumed. Hourly bookings are refundable for hours not yet started. Refunds return via the original payment method; crypto refunds are settled in the same asset at the amount received.

5. Service levels

We target 99.9% gateway uptime measured monthly. Where uptime falls below target, affected customers may request service credit proportional to the downtime. Credits are the exclusive remedy for availability issues.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination for AUP violation, remaining balances are forfeited.

7. Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
