Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data: email address, hashed password, and optional company name.
• Billing data: payment references from our processors. We never store full card numbers.
• Usage metadata: aggregate bandwidth per product and gateway, connection timestamps and target domains at aggregate level for capacity planning and abuse prevention.

2. What we do not collect

We do not log the content of your traffic. TLS-encrypted payloads pass through the network without inspection or storage.

3. How we use data

To operate the service, bill you, prevent abuse of the AUP, and answer support requests. We send transactional email always and marketing email only if you opt in.

4. Sharing

Payment processors receive what they need to process payments. Infrastructure providers process data under contract. We disclose data to authorities only where legally compelled, and we notify affected customers unless prohibited.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Aggregate usage metadata is retained for 12 months.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at privacy@ez-proxies.com. We answer within 30 days.
